Willa Mae (Ayers) Dickson

Willa M. Dickson a 70 year resident of Cleveland ,Ohio, passed away peacefully February 12,2020. She was born December 27,1927 to Dock Ayers and Vassie Dyer. Willa retired in 1991 after 30 years of service for the United States Postal Service. Willa was a graduate of Paul Dunbar Highschool in Dayton, Ohio.

Willa loved home and family, she was the driving force in organizing family reunions in Cleveland. Willa put family above all else. She was a long standing member of the East Mt. Zion Baptist church. She traveled and visited different places in the U.S, Europe, Bahamas, and Great Britain.

Willa is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; Odis Ayers, Matthew Ayers; four sisters; Mattie Williams, Nelvina Reynolds, Ollie B. Moreland, and Susie Rabb.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons; Darryl( Marcia) Dickson, and Gene Dickson; One daughter, Deborah Dickson; seven grandchildren;two great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
