Ronald Angelo Lovelady was the first born of Wilbert B. and Mary F. Lovelady. He was born on October 8, 1951 in Nashville, Tennessee. He departed this life on November 10, 2020 at the age of 69. He graduated from John F. Kennedy High School and received his Associate Degree from Cuyahoga Community College in 1980.

Early in his career, Ronald worked for the Standard Oil Company in Cleveland before moving on to Sears, Roebuck & Company where he worked in retail. He was promoted and transferred to Sears in Pittsburgh where he worked as a credit analyst. He was promoted again and transferred to the Sears Towers in Chicago working for many years as their Core Administrator.
As many of you know, Ronald had a great love for photography and often acted as the family’s photographer and historian. He collected several wonderful albums of family reunions and holiday gatherings. He was an excellent cook, enjoyed going to movies, an avid R&B music lover, and collector of 60’s Motown memorabilia. He was known for his kind and compassionate spirit, especially as he helped to care for his aging parents in their late years.
We will miss you, dear Ronnie…your laugh, inquisitive demeanor, kind conversations, thoughtful birthday and holiday greetings, and so much more.
