Ophelia Rhea was born to the union of Clarence Givens and Willa Mae White on January 11, 1929 in Mineral Wells, Texas.

Ophelia worked and retired as a License Practical Nurse.

Ophelia met and married the late Sam Rhea.

Ophelia passed away Wednesday November 4th,2020 at 10:54 am at the Franklin Plaza Nursing Facility.

She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter; Sandra Tate and grandson ;Reginald Rhea. with a host of other relatives and friends.
