Michael Douglas Slaughter (June 23, 1968 – February 14, 2021)

Son of the late Wilson A. and Wanda L. Slaughter, Lexington KY.

Survived by his son, Tyler A. Slaughter, Cleveland, sister Patricia L. Schneider, Lexington KY, brother W. David Slaughter, Lexington KY, brother Jeffrey A. (Michelle) Slaughter, Lexington KY, nephews Jacob H. Page and Evan W. Slaughter.

Mike graduated in 1986 from Henry Clay High School, Lexington KY and served eight years in the United States Army as a Bridge Engineer.

Services planned at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Kentucky are incomplete.
