Melanie Patrice Church

Melanie Patrice Church was born in Columbus,Ohio on March 16,1977 to the parents of Angela Saffold (Church) and Mark Church. She was the eldest of four children.

Melanie was a cheerleader throughout high school and graduated from Bedford High School in 1995. She attended Hampton University and Ohio State University, majoring in Chemical Engineering.

Melanie married Demetrius Little on July 25 ,2003 and to this union three children were born; Brendan,Maia and Myles.

Melanie's career began at Human Arc Claims Department and she was later employed at University Hospital.

Melanie enjoyed mentoring elementary students, cooking for her family, reading and listening to podcasts. While she developed a passion for holistic healing and healthy eating, her greatest passion was the love and support she gave to her family.

Melanie was a dedicated wife and mother, a sweet and gentle soul. She lived her life with honor and integrity.Melanie was a dutiful daughter and faithful sister and friend.

Melanie leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband ; Demetrius Little, children; Brendan , Maia and Myles; parents; Angela and Roger Saffold, and Mark Church; siblings; Ramah Church, Rodger Saffold lll, and Jessica Saffold; aunts, nieces,nephews,cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
