Lynne Joy Rogers

LYNNE JOY ROGERS--

Born June 19, 1947 the beloved daughter of Clarence D. Rogers Sr. and Willa Rogers (both deceased) and the sister of Clarence D. Rogers, Jr, Willa Williams and Suzanne Andrade (deceased). She was an affectionate aunt, cousin and friend to many. She transitioned home to be with our Lord and Savior on October 16, 2020. Lynne Joy was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. Her family relocated to Cleveland in 1958 during her formative years. She graduated from Shaker Heights High School and Central State University (B.A); and attended Cleveland Marshall Law School and The School of Theology at Claremont. She spent many years in California. She was a semi-retired community, business and economic development professional with more than 40 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations and communications targeted to diverse low-income African American communities.
