La Blanche Juliette Trail was born February 29, 1928 in Georgetown, Kentucky.  She was the eldest of four children to bless the union of her parents, the late Leonard M. and Julia M. Hamilton.

While attending college she met her husband, Alfonso Trail, whom she married on July 1, 1951.  To this union was born a son, Alfonso Trail, Jr.  God blessed them 66 years of togetherness, before calling her husband home (April 18, 2018).
