John Henry Preston

John Henry Preston was born on September 26, 1946 in Columbia, South Carolina to Annie and Eugene Preston. He was a former educator for the Cleveland Board of Education for many years. John enjoyed shopping, traveling, cooking and spending time with family. His life's passion was teaching children. John was a member of Grace Community Seventh Day Adventist Church for many years where he served as a Deacon, a Sabath school teacher, and school board President for Ramah Jr. Academy. He was a beloved father of Marcus, Marquita and Yoshiko Preston, a loving grandfather of Yasmin, Yaphet, Ya'Riah and Yasir Preston, and a dear brother of Carolyn and Gwen Preston, Gloria Poole, Melvin, Calvin and Kenneth Preston. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.

Public Viewing Friday July 10th 9am to 11am at E.F. Boyd and Son Funeral Home 25900 Emery Rd. Warrensville Hts., OH.
