Donald S. Eanes

Donald S. Eanes was born February 25, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio. He married Carol Ivory August 27, 1966. She preceded him in death December 19, 2008. Donald S. Eanes was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, June 13, 1981. He served as an Elder for several years and was a source of encouragement to many. He loved his wife and family, eating out, and his boat. He loved telling others about Jehovah and giving encouraging comments at the Kingdom Hall.
When asked, "How are you doing?", Brother Eanes would say, " I'm kicking, but not too high!" He would say, "There is something better ahead." He truly believed in the Bible's promise of a bright future, where there will be no more sickness or death.
He leaves to mourn his Brother Oscar ( Mabel) deceased, a sister, Francis and a host of family and friends and all his dear Brothers and Sisters at the West Shaker Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
