Clarencwe Barham Wilson Jr.  (9/14/1928 - 4/9/2021)

Clarence Barham Wilson Jr. was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 14, 1928 to the union of Nettie

Barham Wilson and Clarence Wilson Sr. Brother to (3) Brothers and (3) Sisters (All proceeded him in

death).

Clarence attended school in Cleveland, Ohio until 1938 when he moved to McDonough, Georgia where he

finished High School.

He took too many trades that had passed down by his Uncle's, but what most he most seemed to have a

passion for was working on automobiles, as he most affectionately called them.

After graduating high school, Clarence moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where he worked for years as an auto

mechanic, as well for a mattress factory. Clarence moved back to Cleveland to help their mother who was

taking care of her sister.

Clarence gave his life to Christ at an early age, and would almost without failure be in attendance every

Sunday for at Mt. Herman

Clarence was an excellent mechanic. He enjoyed every second under the hood. He enjoyed his craft

almost as much as he enjoyed time spent with family, as there were many! Reading was a great passion

of his, along with sharing that knowledge with those who he found a connection with. After working not

one, but two jobs for thirty plus years, he then retired.

Shortly thereafter he took on a position with a property management company, which he maintained

up until December of 2019. His ability to keep account of relatives from all generations was simply

amazing to say the least.

Clarence transitioned from this life on April 9th, 2021. Leaving behind to cherish his memory is:

Nephews Ronald M. Fields (Rose), William M. Henderson III, Clarence R. Henderson (Shakita), Great

nieces and nephews, a special cousin he felt more like brothers with who preceded him in death, Frank

Touchstone (Ruby), and cousins Carl Touchstone and Emette Lyons (Butch), and a host of relatives and

friends.
