A life to Remember

Carla Annette Patrick was born on January 24 , 1962 to the union of

Joe Louis Caldwell Jr. and Mary Ellen (Ward) Ottrix (Both Deceased) in Cleveland, OH.

She graduated from Shaker Hts High School and later received her

Associates Degree. Throughout Carla’s working years she was

employed in the nursing field, with her last job being

at the Veteran’s Administration where she

worked for many years until her health began to fail.

Carla was a private person. She enjoyed working, helping others

and peaceful days at home. When she was diagnosed with

Cancer her sister Renee was there to take care of her.

Carla passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 7, 2021

At her residence with her sister Renee by her side.

She leaves to cherish fond memories; One Sister Renee Y. Ottrix, her Aunt

Carolyn Ann Lewis along with a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
