Wayne Elliot Draper was born on May 13, 1950 to Sybil and Jackie Draper in Cleveland, Ohio. Wayne was a former child care worker at the Cleveland Christian Home. Wayne enjoyed listening to music, baking, traveling, bicycling and body building. Wayne was a former member of the Omens Motorcycle Club. He was a beloved husband of Jean, a loving father of Mario and a dear son of Sybil. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.
