Vincent Lindsay Obituary

Age 53, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 22, 2018 after a courageous battle with lymphoma. Devoted husband of Jada M. Lindsay, dear father of Brian Davis, cherished son of Vernene Guilford (Anthony Hunt) and Richard Lindsay (Louise), loving brother of David Lindsay and Natalie Smith, beloved son-in-law of Nathaniel Jackson (Wilhelmenia), brother-in-law of Eric Jackson (Diane) and Harlan Jackson (Bonnie), precious uncle of many nieces and nephews and loved by a host of relatives and friends. Proud Navy Veteran and Talented lead guitarist. Wake Friday, March 30th, 10 AM at Antioch Baptist Church, 8869 Cedar Ave. followed by Homegoing service at 11 AM. Family will receive friends Thursday, 6-8 PM at the E. F. Boyd & Son Funeral Home, 2165 E. 89th St. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to ASPCA, aspca.org/donate and The City Mission, thecitymission.org.
