Paul LeWayne Ruffin was born in Conneaut, Ohio on November 30, 1941 to Ina and Obed Ruffin. Paul was a former News Researcher Center Assistant Clerk at the Cleveland Plain Dealer for many years. He enjoyed going to the movies and going to sporting events. Paul was a avid reader and loved pretty ladies. He was a beloved father of Michele, Cassandra, Deirdre, Lisa and Michael, a dear great grandfather of seven and great grandfather of four and a loving brother of David, James, Michael and Mary. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.
