Ida Mae Hughes was born on July 20, 1930 to Mamie and Alex Hughes in Sandersville, Georgia. Ida enjoyed taking care of her family , gardening and cooking. Ida was a beloved mother to Linda, Larry and Rita, a dear grandmother of Michael, Kabinda, John, Larry, David, Leon, Imre, Rajah, Tara, Ieisha and Lee. Her memory will be cherished by all who loved her.
