Hazel Prince was born on December 5, 1946 to Frances and David Frazier in Cleveland, Ohio. Hazel was a former Supervisor for Beachwood Adult Training Center for many years. Hazel enjoyed going to the casino's, traveling and entertaining her family and friends. Hazel was a beloved mother of Morel and Marcus Prince, a cherished grandmother of Myles, Marcus, Markayla and Marjae Prince, a dear sister of Wayman Frazier and Estella Mitchell. Hazel's memory will be cherished by all who loved her.
