Toni Jean Vaughn

Toni Jean Vaughn was born September 26, 1959 to James Redd and Mary Vaughn, both whom preceded her in death.

Toni grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Harry E. Davis High School. She was extremely talented with her hands. Toni loved all animals. She loved and helped her family whenever she could. She was a female Mike Tyson, she was great with her hands.

She met her soul-mate Elmore Davis 2012 and they instantly hit it off. They both shared an enormous love for animals, his cooking, and enjoyment of friends and family.

She accepted her final assignment on December 19, 2019, when she succumbed to a lengthy illness.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tasha Vaughn; son, Tony Vaughn; sisters: Michelle Terrell (Ronnie Terrell deceased) Ellen Vaughn, David Vaughn, William Vaughn, Patricia Upsher (Ronald Upsher deceased), James Redd (Ruby Redd deceased).

She leaves to mourn her passing: spouse, Elmore Davis; sisters, Lisa Redd and Donna Greene; brothers: Lawerence Vaughn, Lynn Vaughn, Michael Vaughn, Wallace Vaughn; daughter, Mary Vaughn (John Chapple); dog-daughter Luna, dog-sons Roscoe and Goldie; nephew/son, John Redd (Natasha Redd); niece/daughter, Fatima Redd, niece/daughter, Charlotte “Jackie” Woodland; grandchildren: Antonio Vaughn (Jody Pettet), Dayshanae Vaughn, Londereese Chapple, Josiah Chapple; great-granddaughter, Amariona Vaughn; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
