Diana T. Ragland was born on October 1, 1945 to Lillian and Bernard Vaughn Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a former bookeeper for many years. Diana loved shopping, playing the slot machines, playing the keyboards and cooking and spending time with her family. She was a Beloved wife of William Ragland, a loving mother of Terry and Germaine Ragland, a loving sister to three brothers, a cherished grandmother of Pierre and Chelsea and great grandmother of Dylan. Her memory will be cherished by all who loved her.
