Dennis LeRoy Brown Sr.

Dennis LeRoy Brown, Sr was born in Elgin, Illinois on July 23, 1927 to Gladys and Arnold Brown.  Dennis retired in 1968 after 22 years active duty army serving in the Korean and Viet Nam Wars. Upon retirement he returned to Cleveland with his family and later retired from a career with the City of Cleveland.  He enjoyed singing, reading, listening to various genres of music, and was a sports enthusiast. He was a Master Mason with the Ecclesiastes #120. Dennis and his family joined Lee Seville Baptist Church and he was ordained Deacon in 1978. He was currently a member of Affinity Baptist Church.   He was a devoted husband of the late Braddella, a beloved father of Denise, Dennis Jr.(deceased) and Sharon, loving grandfather of Richard, Dennis III, DaShon, LaTonda, Tiana, Jasmine, Sean, and a great grandfather of Jalen, Carter, Alex, Joshua, Richard and Alexandria, and a cherished brother of Lon Brown (Lobelia). His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.
