Green Burial

What is green burial?

Green burial, or natural burial, ensures that the burial site remains as natural as possible in all respects. Interment of the body is done in a biodegradable casket, shroud or favorite blanket. Green burials do not involve the use of embalming fluids or concrete burial containers.
