Willie Dancy Obituary

Willie James Dancy was born on August 15, 1921 in Alliceville, Alabama to Hattie and Nick Dancy. Willie was a former Laborer for Part Drop Forge Company for many years. Willie enjoyed traveling, landscaping, watching basketball and baseball. He also enjoyed working when he was able, to make a comfortable living for he and his wife. Willie was a member of Zion Chapel MBC for fifteen years, where he served as a Deacon and Trustee. Willie was a beloved father of Willie Jr., Bob, Hattie, Roy, Wilma and Donald, a dear grandfather of thirteen, a cherished great- grandfather of many and a loving uncle, cousin and friend. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.
