Joan Ruth Walker Tate was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Fannie and Willie Walker on July 27, 1946. Joan was a former Nursing Assistant for St. Luke's Hospital for many years. Joan loved listening to music, traveling and dancing. Joan was a loving sister to Janice Walker, Carolyn Walker and Estella Stovall. Joan's memory will be cherished by all who loved her.
